B.Com Retail Marketing programme at SRCAS aims to make the students employable and impart industry-oriented training. It combines the fundamentals of Commerce with a detailed understanding of the retail industry. As the retail market landscape continues to evolve, retail marketing experts will remain in high demand, making this degree a promising choice for those seeking a rewarding and dynamic career in retail.
The outcome-based curriculum develops leadership, management skills and solid grounding in the principles of retail business including product development, advertising, pricing, marketing, consumer behaviour, logistics, and merchandism and store operations. Retail experience is highly valued especially in commission-based sales.
