Center for Training,Placement & Corporate Relations (CTPCR) of Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science (formerly SNR Sons College) provides placement training, internship and placements in multinational and national companies for all final year UG and PG students. CTPCR ensures its best services for the students’ community and corporate personnel.
CTPCR conducts regular training programmes to keep the students ready to meet the industry expectations and standards. With state-of-the-art facilities for conducting pre placement talks, written tests, group discussions and interviews, the department has progressed over the years and enhanced the potentials of young minds effectively. It counsels and guides the students for their successful career.

The unique selling proposition of SRCAS-TIP Center training focuses on developing Knowledge, Skills and Attitude essential to achieve the competencies of a student which forms part of the curriculum. It incorporates all the key skills identified and recommended by the India Skills Report and various other professional bodies. All the trainings are outsourced to a third-party vendor and ensured for its quality delivery. PACE (Personality Aptitude and Career Enhancement) is a training program which is offered for all UG programs during semesters 1 to 5. Students are trained in Communication and Linguistic Ability, Quantitative and Reasoning Skills, Soft skills and Life Skills during their period of study. MACE (Masters Ability and Career Enhancement) is another training program offered for all PG programs during 1st and 2nd semesters. Technical trainings are also provided to all students that suits final placements. All the training sessions are periodically monitored for its effectiveness and outcome
Internships are win-win partnerships for employers and students. Students can gain valuable hands-on experience in the workplace, learn more about their career choice and make contributions to businesses and organizations while they are still in college. Employers are able to host a prospective employee for a semester or summer and better acquaint them with their business, have assistance on projects and hopefully garner interest in their organization. SRCAS-TIP Center offers internship opportunities at various companies desired by students.
Placement is a process of assigning a specific job to each of the selected candidates. It involves assigning a specific rank and responsibility to an individual. It implies matching the requirements of a job with the qualifications of the candidate. SRCAS-TIP Center offers placement opportunities at diversified companies of various sectors that includes BFSI, Retail, Pharmaceutical, IT, ITES, Manufacturing etc.
A part-time job simply involves working fewer hours in a week than a full-time job. Often, part-time jobs involve working in shifts. These shifts are usually rotational with other part-time workers. SRCAS-TIP Center offers part-time job opportunities for aspiring students as part of Learn-Earn-And-Develop (LEAD) policy.
