SOLAR PANEL
Solar panel roofed at the top of SRCAS A block provides numerous benefits beyond doing their part for the environment having additional advantages as well, like hands-on learning opportunities for students. SRCAS has a solar panel producing 25kw and 320 Watt of power.

RAIN WATER HARVERSTING

Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science , as a green initiative has adopted rainwater harvesting, a sustainable way to collect and store rainwater for later use. SRCAS has a way of recharging groundwater wherein rainwater can be collected and stored in pits. Also used to water gardens on campus and reduce water wastage. SRCAS harvesting system typically includes filter screens to remove contaminants like dust, leaves, and organic waste.
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
The dangerous elements in the sewage can pose a risk to students and the environment. Therefore, sewage treatment facilities are always required , to minimize negative environmental effects. SRCAS has adopted a Sewage treatment plant to treat sewage in the most effective and efficient way possible, in order to remove all impurities, pathogens, and pollutants and prevent the water from being wasted as it is one of the finest methods to protect the environment.

ELEVATORS

The elevator facilitates easy and quick movement through the different floors of the college. The facility may be availed by both staff members as well as students.
PARKING
A sizable amount of parking space is provided with in the college for staff members, students and visitors. The parking lot is equipped with round the clock security services including security guards and CCTV cameras to ensure the safety of the vehicles.

FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM

The institution intense to provide a safe learning environment. The college campus is equipped with effective fire handling systems such as extinguishers, fire monitoring system, nozzles and hose pipes. The faculties and students are provided fire handling training from time to time.
